Do you recall the story of Queen Esther? Well she was quite bold when she approached the king as there was a standing law that forbade her from coming into his presence without being summoned. In fact, unless the king held out the golden scepter, Esther would be put to death! Yet, with complete boldness she defied the odds and went to the king, risking her own life to the save the lives of many!
Unlike the king, we serve a King who wants us to come boldly to his throne of grace so that we may receive the gift of His mercy and find love in a Savior who gave His life so that we might all be saved! He's a King who holds out His golden scepter of mercy and favor every time we approach Him and He doesn't have a limit or expiration on this kind of unconditional love. H
Having boldness simply requires confidence not in self, but in a savior who loves us so dearly. In Hebrews 4:16 we're reminded to come boldly to Him because He wants to help us in our time of need, just as He did with Queen Esther so many years ago. Remember, there is nothing that is too hard for God to do, we just need to trust Him to do it--that's all.

As simple as that may seem, so many of us struggle with having confidence in what we cannot see or have yet to determine, but fear not, God is right there waiting in the wings for us to come humbly to Him so that He can rescue us from all of our troubles. There are many things that concern the human heart and too many things that the human heart simply cannot bear alone. As such, why do it alone? Today look to God and accept His help; have confidence in His ability to work it out for you--go boldly and never turn back!
